Outside of Chattanooga Area: We ship ice cream weekly, Monday through Wednesday. Shipping ice cream involves dry ice with two day shipping, so we can ship no later in the week than Wednesday (The tricky business of shipping ice cream means it can only be in transit on business days). If you submit your order by 5pm on Monday it will ship next day, Tuesday. If you order after 5pm Monday but before 5pm Tuesday it will ship Wednesday. If you order after 5pm Tuesday, your order will ship the following Monday. Once your shipping label has been made, you’ll receive an order fulfillment email with your order’s tracking number.
